2. Home service inspection

As the name implies, this exclusive inspection is carried out at home. The ACV team will come to the house according to the agreed schedule. However, this type of inspection only operates in the Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jatabek) areas.

1. Exclusive selling

At IBID, exclusive selling is known as Flash Auctions. Even though it's still limited to cars, this auction service allows you to sell used cars quickly from home.

The auction process is also carried out online for a limited time via live streaming on the IBID application which can be downloaded on Google Play Store and App Store. You can choose whether you want to carry out the inspection process regularly or exclusively.

2. Regular selling

Unlike exclusive selling, regular selling happens at IBID branches. Therefore, the objects need to be brought to the branch office closest to your location.

Nevertheless, IBID arranges premium service quality and a transparent digital auction process. In addition, unlike Flash Auction, the selling is intended for automotives and non-automotives, such as gadgets, newborn and baby essentials, and fashion items.

How to sell through Flash Auction

For those of you who want to consign used cars through Flash Auction, you can do it directly via your smartphone. Follow the steps below.

1. Register for an account on the IBID website or application by submitting your personal data and scanning ID card.

2. Fill out the submission form and select the vehicle inspection schedule. The inspection can be processed at the closest IBID pool (regular) or your chosen address (exclusive).

3. The IBID staff will contact you immediately to confirm information about the vehicle and inspection schedule within 2x24 hours (working days). 

4. The inspector will provide preliminary estimates based on the condition report.

5. You will be asked to sign a Sale Agreement between the consignor and IBID.

6. Select the desired Flash Auction schedule. The auction process will be broadcast by the IBID inspector for 15 minutes.

7. If your car finds a winning bidder, the car has to be brought to the IBID pool and you will obtain a sale statement.

8. You will receive an email notification for the invoice. 

9. Proceeds will be remitted to the registered account 5 working days after the auction.

10. The sold auction objects will be subject to the seller's commission of 2.5 percent of the hammer price.
